Attorney Novinbakht is an Associate Attorney at Craig, Deachman & Associates PLLC, based in the firm’s Manchester office. He joined the firm in 2024.

Attorney Novinbakht earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire – Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he served as a teaching assistant for the Real Property course. Before law school, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Anthropology, with his thesis focusing on predatory lending.

Attorney Novinbakht is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Trust & Estate Section and Real Property Law Section. His practice focuses on bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning and probate, and real estate law.

He resides in Concord and enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
