Heidi Soucy is the Director of Operations at Craig, Deachman & Associates PLLC located in Manchester, NH. She joined the firm as a paralegal in 2012 and, following a decade of experience across practice areas within the firm, in 2022 transitioned to the Director role.

Heidi manages the operations of the firm, including hiring and training staff, establishing and maintaining protocols and procedures, ensuring facilities and technology are operational, overseeing financial transactions, providing data analytics and implementing firm-wide projects.

Heidi obtained her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire, where she presented at the Undergraduate Research Conference. She is a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) and an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She is a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace for the State of New Hampshire.
